General Terms and Conditions for Private Bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; after that, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.
If you have purchased cancellation protection, you may cancel your stay free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (excluding the cost of the cancellation protection).
If you fall ill shortly before your stay, we will, of course, help you rebook for another date. Should you instead wish to cancel your stay entirely, a medical certificate is required.
To book a room at Strandvillan, you must be over 18 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult over the age of 18 staying at the hotel at the same time (not necessarily in the same room).
Booking Terms for Groups (more than 8 rooms) and Conferences
Strandvillan Ljunghusen follows Visita’s general terms and conditions for conference activities.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of all or parts of the arrangement can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before the first day of arrival.
After that, 10% of the most recently updated booking value may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations exceeding 10% will be charged according to the following schedule:
→ 8–6 weeks before arrival – 25% of the cancelled value
→ 6–4 weeks before arrival – 50% of the cancelled value
→ 4–2 weeks before arrival – 75% of the cancelled value
→ Less than 2 weeks before arrival – 100% of the cancelled value
In case of no-shows, the full stay will be charged.
